1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UGCFast (ugcfast.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

UGCFast provides an AI-powered platform for generating user-generated content (UGC) style videos, hooks, scripts, and ad creatives. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to: (a) generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models; (c) resell or redistribute the service without authorization; (d) use automated means to access the service beyond normal API usage.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated through UGCFast using your inputs is yours to use commercially. UGCFast retains rights to the platform, technology, AI models, and pre-existing assets (including AI actor likenesses licensed to the platform). You may not claim ownership over the AI actors or underlying technology.

6. Payment and Refunds

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact contact@ugcfast.ai for refund inquiries.

7. Limitation of Liability

UGCFast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
