We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email), payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and content inputs (product descriptions, audience details) used to generate UGC videos and hooks. We also collect usage data such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the UGCFast service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts); analyze usage patterns to improve product features; enforce our Terms of Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. AI-Generated Content
Content inputs you provide (product names, audience descriptions, etc.) are sent to AI models to generate videos, hooks, and scripts. These inputs are processed in real time and are not used to train AI models. Generated content is associated with your account for retrieval purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe) for billing; cloud infrastructure providers for hosting; analytics tools (Cloudflare Analytics) for performance monitoring. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our platform. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated content is retained for account access. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
